Independence Day
We celebrate Independence Day on 15th August with great enthusiasm, fostering a sense of patriotism and community among farmers. Our Secretary hoists the national flag and presents garlands to the freedom fighters. Our celebration includes cultural programs showcasing traditional music and dance and speeches highlighting the importance of agriculture in national development. Farmers are recognized for their contributions, and the event serves as a platform for discussing future initiatives and strategies for agricultural advancement.
Republic Day
We rejoice in Republic Day, which is celebrated annually on January 26th to commemorate the adoption of India’s constitution in 1950. Our members hoist the national flag. We distribute food and sweets among our members and volunteers. We provide nutritious food to destitute children. We also organize cultural programs and activities to showcase the rich diversity of our country. It is a day of national pride and unity, bringing people together to honor the values enshrined in our constitution.
World Environment Day
We enthusiastically celebrate Environment Day on 5th June with various activities aimed at raising awareness and promoting sustainable practices. The event includes tree-planting drives, eco-friendly workshops, and educational sessions on environmental conservation. Farmers and community members participate in clean-up campaigns and recycling initiatives. The celebration also features exhibitions showcasing sustainable farming methods and the benefits of organic agriculture.
Gandhi Jayanti
On 2nd October, we honor Gandhi Jayanti with a focus on community welfare. Our celebration includes conducting Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, where volunteers participate in local cleaning drives to promote cleanliness. Additionally, a tree plantation program is held to support environmental conservation efforts. Through these activities, the day serves as a reminder of Mahatma Gandhi’s values of cleanliness, sustainability, and social responsibility.
